Be a Friend Friends activities are funded through membership dues, book and plant sales and donations.  We encourage you to become a member, be a volunteer at one of our events, or make a donation.  If you are an employee of a company, you can also ask your Human Resource Department if the company makes matching contributions to non-profit organizations.  All monies raised by the Friends are used to support a variety of Library projects and programs for children and adults, as well as funding scholarships and conference attendance by Library staff.
